I’m Isaac Tye. A social media professional from the small, beautiful, island of Tasmania, Australia.
My life is fueled by tea, which is where I find the magic to keep creating new work.
I’ve worked with big and small clients alike, as well as in a not-for-profit capacity. I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible people and made great friends. Somehow, I’ve accumulated many, many scarves along the way.
I’m a history buff, mythology lover, author, nerd, photographer and dedicated fantasy fan. You can find my photography in ABC Organic Magazine and Jackie French’s Chook Book 2nd Ed., and my non-fiction writing in RedThread Magazine.
My approach to marketing is governed by 5 simple values – Community, Inclusion, Positive Change, Ethical Choices, and Putting People First. People are over soulless marketing, and so am I.
This journey started age 13 when I helped out a small club with their website. I haven’t really looked back since.
I’ve been working in community spaces as long as I can remember, on committees, running markets and working to raise awareness of community issues. Plus pitching in a hand with numerous Facebook groups serving the Tassie community.
I’ve appeared in ABC News, the Mercury and on WinTV in relation to my committee work. My photography has been published, and I am a regular contributor to RedThread Magazine. I was a founding member of the Huon Small Farms Expo, 2018 recipient of the Huon Valley Australia Day Event of the Year.
I am an alumni of Hobart College, where I was recognised for academic and community achievements with the Roger and Maxeme Tall Scholarship.
